Agent Signals privacy policy
Effective date: October 10, 2026
This policy covers Agent Signals by ZazenCodes, its MCP server and timeline widget. ZazenCodes operates Agent Signals. The wider zazencodes.com website is covered by the website privacy policy. ChatGPT is operated by OpenAI and is subject to OpenAI’s own privacy policy.
Information received when you use the app
Agent Signals has no sign-in and does not request your name, email address, payment details, files, or conversation history. When your host calls a tool, the server receives that tool’s name and arguments, such as a tracked entity, date range, or pagination cursor. It does not request the rest of your conversation. Information included in tool arguments is necessarily transmitted to our server, so avoid putting private information into them.
The application processes these arguments to retrieve results. It does not deliberately save tool-query arguments in its database or application logs. It does not use requests for advertising, user profiling, or query analytics.
Hosting and operational logs
The MCP server and database are hosted on Neon in the United States (AWS US East, Ohio). Neon processes requests and stores the app’s database to operate the service. Its function logging includes request start and end events, timestamps, severity, service information, and application error output. Network infrastructure may also process IP addresses and other connection metadata to deliver and protect requests.
Neon documents a three-day retention window for function logs. This describes the function-log service, not every infrastructure record or backup. Other provider-managed operational records follow the provider’s service policies. We use operational information to maintain availability, troubleshoot errors, and investigate abuse. See Neon function logs and log retention.
Public information in our results
Our database stores vendor release information, source URLs, supporting excerpts, and summaries. It also stores information from public practitioner posts: names and handles, post links and dates, excerpts, summaries, and engagement metrics used to select relevant commentary. Automated workflows process source material to prepare findings and briefings; the production research runner uses OpenAI Codex. This collection is separate from users’ tool queries.
We retain this research record to provide historical changes and briefings while the service operates. Public information may still identify a person. Practitioners can request correction or exclusion of their posts by emailing us. We review requests, update the active record as appropriate, and reply. Provider backups may retain earlier records until their normal expiration.
Support email
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you send. Our email provider processes that correspondence. We use it to respond, resolve the issue, and keep a record of the request. We retain correspondence while needed to handle the request and any related operational or legal obligations. Do not send passwords, API keys, or unnecessary personal information.
Service providers and disclosure
Neon processes hosting and database information; OpenAI operates ChatGPT and the production research runner; our email provider processes support correspondence. These providers may process information outside your country. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to investigate abuse or protect the service.
The Agent Signals widget does not set tracking cookies or include an analytics SDK. Visiting zazencodes.com or a source link uses that website’s own services and privacy practices.
Your choices and contact
Email alex@zazencodes.com to ask about information we hold about you, request access, correction or deletion, or request exclusion of practitioner content. We may need to verify your connection to the information. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and necessary retention obligations. We cannot delete information held independently by OpenAI or the original source publisher; contact those services directly.
We will update this page when Agent Signals’ data practices change and revise the effective date above.
