Agent Signals terms of service
Effective date: October 10, 2026
These terms cover Agent Signals by ZazenCodes, including its MCP tools and timeline widget. ZazenCodes provides the service. Questions can be sent to alex@zazencodes.com.
The service
Agent Signals is a free, read-only information service about AI coding agents, coding-relevant models, and public practitioner commentary. It retrieves findings and briefings from a curated research record. It has no Agent Signals user accounts, purchases, or subscriptions. Access through ChatGPT is also subject to OpenAI’s terms and account requirements.
Information and sources
Research and summaries are prepared using automated workflows and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. Check the linked sources before relying on an item for a decision. Dates, freshness indicators, and coverage notes describe the available record; they do not promise complete or real-time coverage.
Official-source findings cite the publisher. Findings labelled as reported cite a practitioner report pending official confirmation. Practitioner commentary represents its author’s views. Benchmark, performance, and pricing statements are attributed claims from their sources.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not overload it, bypass access controls or limits, interfere with its operation, or use it to obtain private information. Do not submit secrets or unnecessary personal information in tool arguments or support requests.
Content and third-party services
Third-party content and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Agent Signals provides attributed excerpts, summaries, and links; using the service does not grant rights to republish underlying third-party content beyond what the rights holder or applicable law permits. Source links lead to independently operated services with their own terms and privacy practices.
For an attribution problem or a correction or removal request, contact us with the relevant source URLs.
Availability and responsibility
We may update, pause, or discontinue Agent Signals, or restrict abusive use. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a warranty of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Privacy and changes
The Agent Signals privacy policy explains how the app handles tool requests, hosting logs, public source material, and support correspondence. The wider zazencodes.com website has separate website terms and privacy information.
We may revise these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
